  • Our sessions are built for 4-15 attendees, although this is flexible. It’s based on how our courses are structured, but we’re open to discussion based on your needs and goals!

  • We can deliver training, either virtually or in-person, anywhere in the world! Even Antarctica

  • We can deliver our sessions virtually, in-person, or a blend of the two if you’re building a programme of courses.

    You can also choose to have our courses tailored as workshops, full-day sessions, or delivered as part of an away day you might be planning for your team.

    All ideas and suggestions welcome! Just note there may be a design fee involved in some cases.

  • We work with a team of highly-experienced trainers who draw on a wide range of backgrounds to deliver high-quality training. Find out about them and their backgrounds over on our team page!

  • We do not run open sessions for individual attendees at this time.

  • We have a standard pricing structure across our two hour courses..

    Pricing will vary if you require significant bespoke alterations, large changes to our format (e.g. extending to a full-day course), or if you wish to develop an end-to-end learning journey.

    All our pricing is transparent and quoted in full at the start of the project.

  • We always tailor the delivery of your sessions to your specific context, needs and goals. This could include company values, company initiatives, performance/career management frameworks, and so on.

    Design fees will only be incurred if you require significant design changes to a course, for example:

    • converting a 2-hour course into a half-day workshop

    • blending two courses together to create a full-day workshop

    • creating an entirely new course from scratch, to meet a specific requirement

    Any fees will be agreed with you upfront, and before any work begins!
