About this training course

Yet many managers hope disagreements will sort themselves out, or worry about making things worse by stepping in.

This practical bitesize session gives managers a clear, repeatable approach for handling conflict at work.

They’ll explore common triggers for conflict, learn how to recognise early warning signs, and practise structured conversations that move people from blame to problem solving.

The focus is firmly on real life application. Managers will develop their emotional intelligence, active listening and mediation skills so they can remain calm, neutral and fair, even when emotions run high. The course also looks at the added complexity of hybrid and remote teams, where misunderstandings can grow quickly without face to face contact.
