Liv Blaney (she/her/hers) is an engaging facilitator known for bringing leadership and management concepts to life through practical tools, sharp insight, and an infectious sense of energy.

With experience spanning FMCG, manufacturing, banking, insurance, media, and government, she has worked with leaders at every level to build capability, confidence, and real world impact. 

An accredited executive and neurodiversity coach with an engineering background, Liv blends analytical rigour with deep emotional intelligence. Her facilitation style is lively, inclusive, and highly interactive β€” creating learning environments where people feel both stretched and supported. She specialises in leadership development, communication, motivation, stakeholder management, and inclusive team practices, drawing on evidence-based frameworks and her extensive experience designing and delivering programmes for global organisations. 

Liv’s sessions are known for their clarity, warmth, and practicality. She has a talent for translating complex ideas into accessible, actionable strategies that participants can apply immediately. Whether she is guiding a senior leadership team through strategic conversations or equipping emerging managers with foundational skills, Liv brings curiosity, humour, and a strong focus on psychological safety.

She has also co-written a book on neuro-inclusion for managers and leaders and has published research and articles on the careers of individuals with neurodivergent conditions, and neurodiversity coaching. She is also trained specifically in ADHD & neurodiversity coaching.
