Claire Harris, Associate Trainer

Claire is a Chartered Health Psychologist with over 25 years' experience in mental health, helping organisations build mentally fit workplaces where people can thrive. Her career spans the NHS, Cambridge University, and the charity and corporate sectors, giving her a rounded view of what works across very different environments.

Claire trains employees, managers and teams in mental health awareness - building the knowledge, skills and confidence people need to look after their own wellbeing, and to support and signpost others.

Her expertise includes manager and team training, and bespoke programmes tailored to organisational needs, covering topics such as managing for mental health, mental health awareness, wellbeing, stress management, burnout, work/life balance, resilience and self-care.

Claire starts by exploring where your organisation sits on its workplace mental health journey and assessing your specific needs, then tailors training to empower your workforce, reduce sickness absence, strengthen retention, increase productivity, and create a workplace culture built on genuine psychological safety.
